Kaizer Chiefs head coach Nasreddine Nabi says he wants to help midfielder Edson Castillo regain his confidence this season.
Castillo was one of Amakhosi’s stand-out players last season, but lost his form towards the end the campaign the club finished in a disastrous 10th place in the league.
While the Venezuelan has shown glimpses of what he is capable of in three of Amakhosi's games this season, Nabi still believes that the 30-year-old is yet to regain his form.

“Castillo last season started good, but he went down [in his performances] that is the statistics, maybe that situation impacted his morale, his confidence and after the bad time continued.
“In this moment and after the pre-season, he has not gone back to the real Castillo, he is gentleman. I want to help him get his confidence back,” Nabi said as per iDiski Times.
The Tunisian coach has however, warned Castillo that he does not give out too many chances.
“I give him a chance, but there’s not many chances to give, because of the responsibility of the club, I think he’s professional, if he receives his confidence back, he will progress.”
The Soweto giants are currently in sixth place in the league table and will lock horns against SuperSport United in their next encounter.
