Marylebone in London, is the most beautiful area and we recently spent time in this village in Westminster 1, the capital’s most prestigious area code.

The suburb is littered with blue plaques of famous people who lived , worked or died here, all now English heritage sites.
Quaint purveyors and suppliers line the picture postcard Marylebone High Street.
This London borough which was originally known as St Marylebone, is home to the most famous Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum and this statue of Sherlock Holmes outside the Baker Street tube station.
The streets in summer are spectacular with their beautiful blooms which compliment the bold brickwork of the mansions.
The Gorgeous Georgian Architecture is some of the finest in all of London. From the Adam’s brothers ‘ Portland Place to the sumptuous interiors of Hertford House, home to the exquisite Wallace Collection.
The world famous concert hall Wigmore Hall stands proud and truly a testament to British culture.
Marylebone tube station still retains original Art Deco stone structures and wrought iron lattice ceilings.
I love seeing the iconic signage and stone walls.
An interesting view of The Old Royal Navy College which is the birthplace of King Henry VIII. It is on the site of the majestic Greenwich Palace.
