Sellers, landlords, and tenants living in a property:
♦ You will be asked to sign a consent form before a potential buyer/tenant is brought to the property for a viewing.
♦ You should avoid being inside the property during viewing.
♦ Client meetings are strictly by appointment only – one agent and two clients maximum.
Buyers and tenants viewing properties:
♦ Agent and client may not travel to a property together.
♦ All parties arrive wearing fabric face masks, which will have to stay on for the duration of the appointment.
♦ You must sanitise your hands before entering and exiting the property.
♦ Make sure you do not, as far as possible, touch any surface or object in the property.
♦ Stay at least 1.5m away from everyone else and avoid using the property’s bathroom facilities.
