The sale at 11am will be on site at Shop 54, Willowbridge Shopping Centre, in Carl Cronjé Drive, with attendance limited in terms of the pandemic regulations.

The sale is being held following instructions from the provisional liquidators of Saldosize Investments, trading as Lemon-Butta.

Among the wide selection of the well-supported and spacious restaurant’s assets are equipment such as fridges; freezers; tables; benches; pots; trays; fryers; microwave ovens; grillers; crockery and cutlery; heaters; computers and chandeliers as well as security systems.

According to the Lemon-Butta website, the Mediterranean restaurant is in a prime position in trendy Willowbridge Shopping Centre, catering for lovers of sushi, seafood and hearty food while providing a “vibey buzz”.
