Selling Sunset is back for season 8 and, let's just say, we’ve seen more cleavage than luxury homes this season, thanks to the high-fashion wardrobe.

These ladies are bringing bold looks, bigger drama and maybe a few extra lip injections. The show continues to serve summer vibes and luxury homes that make you fantasise about living like a millionaire.

The glitz, glamour, and gossip are all here, but let’s be honest — it’s the messy drama between Emma Hernan, Bre Tiesi, Chelsea Lazkani, and Chrishell Stause that truly keeps us glued.

If you ever needed proof that the Oppenheim Group has a "cool clique" vibe, this season makes it clear. Amanza Smith, Nicole Young, and Mary Fitzgerald are often spotted hanging out together.

While Lazkani, Stause and Hernan are besties for life, they are definitely giving the cool girls on the block vibe this season. Like you know, the, “You can’t sit with us” kind of clique.

Bre Tiesi, on the other hand, is not here to play nice. She’s unapologetically chasing higher commissions, tossing around her entitled attitude like it’s the season’s must-have accessory. Jason Oppenheim, though, isn’t having any of it.

One standout moment features Tiesi pushing for more commission, turning what should’ve been a smooth negotiation into an eye-roll-worthy standoff.

And if that wasn’t enough, there's a new face in town. Enter Alana Gold, the “nerdy” new agent, she’s drop-dead gorgeous and knows how to work a room. Her arrival is subtle and so far, no sabotage — yet.

Things really heat up when Fitzgerald and Lazkani land a $30 million (approximately R536 million) house listing together. You’d think they’d be celebrating, but no. Lazkani rolls in an hour late (after probably her third outfit change), wearing a skirt shorter than anyone’s patience.

Fitzgerald throws a subtle dig and, in true Lazkani fashion, she claps back, turning the room's tension up a notch.

Then, just when we thought the pot couldn’t get any messier, Tiesi adds some spice by stirring up rumours about Lazkani’s husband, Jeff.

After chatting with her friend and fellow real estate agent Amanda Lynn, Tiesi uncovered some questionable texts that suggested Lazkani’s husband was seen making out with another woman.

In an unexpected twist, the two sit down for a wine-fuelled heart-to-heart, with Lazkani genuinely caught off guard. For a fleeting moment, you see their tough exteriors crack, but of course, this is “Selling Sunset” — so that peace doesn’t last.

And things really take a wild turn at Niko’s funeral. Between Mary and Jason’s ridiculous co-parenting of their "love child" (aka their dog) and Hernan accusing Tiesi of setting Lazkani up to get back at her for comments about her relationship with Nick Cannon, the drama reaches a whole new level.

Meanwhile, Stause and Young have their own "come to Jesus" moment. After seasons of tension, they finally hash and hug things out.

Adding to the chaos, Young drops a bomb about Hernan, hinting at some past dirt that suggests she may have been involved with married men.

Whether this is just more fuel for the fire or some real tea, we’re left side-eyeing Hernan and wondering what else might be lurking in her past.

Oh and, Smith hasn’t sold one house this season - shocker - and is realising that perhaps being an artist will bring in more cash than being a real estate agent.

Between fierce confrontations, awkward truces, and luxury homes, it’s clear that no one is safe from the chaos. Whether you’re here for the listings or the feuds, this season doesn’t disappoint.
