After making a big impact in 2020 with his hit album "MAKE CAPE TOWN GREAT AGAIN", Mr Thela has kept pushing the boundaries of the Gqom music genre.
The Gqom hit maker’s recent YouTube milestone, with "Ntinga ntaka ndim" surpassing 2 million plays, joins his other most viewed songs "Kwandonga Ziyaduma", "Cross night", and "Strings of life".
His album was up for consideration as the 'Best Gqom Album' at the 2021 SAMAs, and his music is now a popular choice at virtual house parties and on the radio.
