South African musician and producer Anatii (real name Anathi Mnyango), has signed a global distribution deal with Gamma, an innovative media and technology platform co-founded by Larry Jackson.

This partnership marks a significant milestone in Mnyango's career, connecting him with an international powerhouse that supports artists like Snoop Dogg, Usher and Rick Ross.

Gamma focuses on empowering artists through music, films, merchandise and more, offering a platform for creatives to control and monetise their work globally.

Speaking on this new chapter, Mnyango expressed excitement about sharing his music worldwide while pushing his "Bushman aesthetic" to new creative heights.

“Writing this song brought perspective on the challenges and growth I’ve experienced. With Gamma, I have the ideal platform to share my sound worldwide and elevate the Bushman aesthetic to new heights,” he said.

Sipho Dlamini, Gamma's President/MD for Africa & Middle East, praised Mnyango as a "once-in-a-generation talent" whose work transcends borders and aligns with Gamma's vision of cultural innovation.

“Anatii is a once-in-a-generation talent whose work transcends borders and genres. His ability to craft deeply resonant music that speaks to both the heart of Africa and the global stage makes him a perfect fit for Gamma’s vision.

“Gamma is about pushing culture forward and breaking barriers, and Anatii embodies exactly that spirit,” Dlamini said.

Mnyango recently made waves with the release of "Sey’Hlangene", his first single under Gamma, featuring Yumbs and Al Xapo. The track blends amapiano, Afro, and hip-hop influences, celebrating ambition and resilience.

This single sets the stage for his upcoming album, Boom SZN, which is scheduled for release on December 13.

Known for his genre-defying sound, Mnyango is poised to redefine contemporary African music with this project, marking a bold return to the spotlight after his brief hiatus.

His illustrious career includes a Grammy win for his contribution to Beyoncé's "Brown Skin Girl" and a string of hits that have earned him acclaim both locally and internationally.
