Writers from Africa and Asia have been asked to submit short stories for possible selection for an anthology about the two continents.

The writers can be on the respective continents or part of the diaspora but it is necessary that their stories deal with the topic Outcasts, as experienced by Africans and Asians.

The stories, which must be 3 000 to 5 000 words in length, must be submitted by August.

Remuneration will be discussed after the stories have been selected to be part of the anthology.

The selections are due to be announced by September 30.

The editors, writers Rohini Chowdhury and Zukiswa Wanner, will need written commitment from writers that they will be submitting stories by May 30 and they request no poetry or non-fiction, purely short stories.

Also submit a short two-line introduction about yourself with your story.
