Simply put, I am so happy that I have been given an opportunity to review this book.
It is the ultimate checklist for any South African: a list of places to see, natural environments to marvel at, trails to get lost on, romantic getaways, cultural spots to inspire you and historical sites that make you appreciate where we come from.
The book is divided into sections which make it particularly useful if you are interested in a specific type of activity, whether it is arts and culture or hiking.
Also provided is a webpage link for every activity which is useful if further information is needed.
I can really see this book helping people “live out of the box” – having experiences and adventures is something that we lack in society today.
A break away from the city bringing a reconnection with yourself, family or a loved one can all be found in the pages of this book.
